Clients reviews about Top Level Construction - Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling

Top Level Construction completely transformed our home. My husband and I decided that we should finally get rid of the old kitchen and replace it with something more modern. Our goal was to find a company that could do the job very well, quickly, that they had enough experience in their field, and that the reconstruction would be done for a good price. We put a lot of effort into finding a reputable construction company, and we made the good choice. The project budget was actively managed and we never had any surprises, and most importantly, Top Level Construction kept to a schedule that we could live with. The result exceeded all expectations! We love it and we definitely recommend this construction company! ~ Tokio_0

Thank you, Ivan, and thanks to your entire team. It was a great experience working with you. We have an Airbnb unit in the Waikoloa Beach area, and the new bathroom looks amazing. The price was right in the middle compared to four other proposals, and the timeline was exactly two weeks from demolition to final cleaning. I was skeptical about the schedule when I signed the contract, but your team finished everything on time. We also really enjoyed working with your supplier specialist and dispatcher. Unfortunately, I can’t remember their names, but they were very helpful throughout the process. We will definitely be doing our kitchen remodel with your team next year. Happy holidays, and thanks again! ~ Vlad L

I recently had the pleasure of working with Top Level Construction for a remodeling project, and I cannot recommend them enough! Their team is professional, detail-oriented, and truly skilled in their craft. From kitchen and bathroom remodeling to decking repair and flooring installation, they handled everything with precision and care. It’s great to see that they now have a location on the Big Island! If you’re in the area and need high-quality construction services, definitely give them a call. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Top Level Construction, for making my project a stress-free and enjoyable experience. Five stars all the way! ~ Alex V

I did repairs with my own hands, but after some doubts about my abilities, I invited these guys to do the kitchen. Well, what can I say? Over the past week, the neighbors have stopped by 8 times to look at the results of the work. And that's more often than I've seen them at my place in the last year. Envy usually appears in people's eyes when you own a good car, but here it's for owning a kitchen. In general, I definitely recommend it. In another six months, I'll call to order a bathroom renovation, so that I can have it done, and see what happens. ~ Renat G

We did kitchen remodel with Top Level Construction and very happy with result. Before fridge was right at the entrance and always in the way, now it’s in the corner and much better. Also they put microwave above the stove, before we just had weak hood. Lighting came out really nice, especially around island, and accent panels looks really cool. Few small things came up but they fixed it. Would recomend them to friends. ~ Ilya K
